as the Tony’s quickly approach (june 13th)…i have come to the awful realization that i have only seen three shows this season that have been recognized with Tony nominations…Hamlet (which was so long ago that I had thought it was part of last season), Promises, Promises, & Enron (which had a pre-mature close in my opinion). granted, i’ve had the pleasure of seeing quite a bit on the off-broadway & regional circuit this past season, but still…
by this time last year, I had seen just about every show nominated for a Tony…bad form nathaniel, bad form…
